MISSION STATEMENT
On of the wings of the saivation army is to meet human needs in Christianity manner without
discrimination; hence shukran college mission is:
1.To provide quality affordable career-oriented education at a national level in a Christian
environment without discrimination.
2. To produce graduates who are employable ,entrepreneurial, and able to contribute to
the development of Tanzania.
3. To provide consultancy and advisory services for the private and public sector in our
areas of expertise.
4. To provide special opportunities for the disabled, orphan, women, and other disad
vantaged group
OBJECTIVE OF THE CENTRE
1. General objective: provide opportunities for and conduct quality and
professional training through discipline, hardworking and courage in acceptable ,
legal and Christian manner.
2. Sipecific objective
i. Present well the government and the salvation army in social wing of our
mission of reaching human needs in which education is one.
ii.Enable the vulnerable groups such as the disabled,orphans, albinos ets.
Be able to acquire education and able to develop to employment or
entrepreneur stage
iii.Improve infrastructure of the centre and make the centre a reasonable
place for better education to our trainees.
iv. To ensure that the training is well conducted following the accepted
curriculum of the government authorities which the college is registered
under i.e. VETA and NACTE.
v. Ensure new information is inspired by both the trainer and trainees
vi. Equip the centre with the necessary tools and equipment to enhance
facilitation of training to our trainees.
vii. Increase awareness to the community of business industry worker.
